Rafter VI with Automatic Awning Support

Tightens your awning while camping and supports the awning roller while traveling.

Easy and convenient. Works on all brands. Swing it out from the travel bracket and attach it to the awning roller. Tighten the knob and swing the lever to stretch the rafter linkage and push the roller away from the RV. Make the canopy as tight as you want. (There’s a lot of leverage, so be careful not to stress the canopy or roller.) Stores on or inside your RV. Available in satin, cameo, or polar white.

Rafter VII GS with Automatic Awning Suppport

Support PLUS Ground Support

The Rafter VII GS provides the same benefits as the Rafter VI plus an additional advantage: The Ground Support feature prevents the roller from sagging toward the ground while extended. They work in combination to keep your roller straight. Available in satin, cameo, or polar white. If you already own a Rafter III, V or VI, its existing bracket will allow you to easily add a Ground Support – just order a Ground Support Add-On.

Automatic Awning Support

Works with all awning brands.

Works automatically! Simply roll up your awning and the patented action receives the roller and gently supports it, eliminating all the weight and natural sag in the middle of the roller. Unroll your awning and the cradle releases the roller and pivots away from the canopy, ready to accept the roller again when you put the awning away. Will not harm fabric or metal wrap! Will not work with curved side applications. Will not work with Carefree’s Uniguard. Two year limited warranty on parts, labor and freight. Available in white or black.

The Automatic Awning Support is a standard feature of the Carefree Rafter VI, Rafter VII and Rafter VII GS.
